Mia Berry is a seasoned professional with a wide range of skills and experiences, from tax consultancy to project management. Her career spans over a decade and a half, during which she has demonstrated proficiency in driving customer satisfaction, boosting employee morale, and generating profits. Mia’s recent role was as a Seasonal Tax Associate at Baker Tilly Vantagen Group, where she utilized her comprehensive knowledge of federal and state tax laws to provide timely and accurate tax advice to clients. She also runs her own consulting firm, Mia Berry Consulting, where she offers small business bookkeeping and consulting services, including tax preparation and filing, as well as AP/AR and GL reconciliation. She is renowned for her exceptional client relationship skills and her passion for providing top-quality customer service.

Rosa Zamora, Tax Resolution Expert

Rosa Zamora is a Tax Resolution Expert at Quire. With a solid educational background and extensive experience in tax consulting and compliance, Rosa has built a reputation for her adept ability to navigate complex tax laws and offer tailored solutions to both individuals and businesses. Her proactive approach and dedication to continuous professional development ensure she remains at the forefront of tax regulations and practices. Outside of her professional life, Rosa is passionate about exploring laughter, engaging in outdoor activities, and contributing to community service initiatives. Her combination of technical expertise, client-centric service, and community involvement makes her an invaluable asset to the Quire team.

Satinder Shoker, Tax Resolution Expert

Satinder Shoker is a Xel partner based out of the Ontario, California office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Satinder’s expertise stems from his ownership of multiple businesses over the course of his career, fostering a profound understanding of diverse industries. His role at the firm and the firm’s clientele benefit greatly from the guidance he provides in navigating business operations and tax issues by leveraging his extensive experience in business management and operations. During his free time, Satinder finds pleasure on the golf course at local country clubs, where he takes great pride in showcasing his skills as a single handicapper.

Sunny Gill, CPA

Sunny Gill is a Xel partner based out of the Ontario, California office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Sunny commenced his career at Deloitte LLP, where he worked in audit and assurance before transitioning to transaction advisory and financial due diligence at RSM US LLP. His professional journey has equipped him with invaluable knowledge and insights, which he utilizes to deliver top-tier service, guidance, and support to the firm’s diverse array of individual and business clients as it relates to tax, accounting, and finance. Outside of work, Sunny enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, golfing, and watching movies that broaden his perspectives or provide a good laugh.

Enrolled Agents (EAs)

Enrolled Agents are tax professionals certified by the IRS to represent taxpayers in matters of audits, collections, and appeals. As the only federally licensed tax practitioners who specialize in taxation, EAs possess a comprehensive understanding of both federal and state tax codes. They earn their designation by passing a rigorous examination or having extensive experience as former IRS employees. EAs are equipped to advise, represent, and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, trusts, and any entities with tax-reporting requirements.
